This charming old pub is situated in a fantastic location with a wonderful terrace view. We had lunch here and the food was exceptional, especially the fish and chips which were the best I've ever tasted. The homemade chips and crispy batter were delicious. The food was tasty but the portions were small. The service was excellent, providing an overall great experience. The price per person ranges from £10 to £20. I would rate the food a 3, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5.

What a fantastic meal the steak just melted in your mouth, it was all brilliant home cooked chips no frozen chips it was absolutely brilliant, well done chef and the kitchen team, proper onion rings not out of a freezer as a former chef I could not of done any better. Food was absolutely brilliant. Staff needed to be slightly more attentive to get a perfect score, but they were pleasant and fairly efficient. Ginger Beer soft drinks could be better. Would recommend the Rib eye steak. We will be going back! Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
