Baskin-robbins - Glenwood

Disappointed. What they considered a scope was a half of a scope it was so small. We got two scoops in a waffle cone that was like getting one scope. Top it off they had enough waffle cones for two people which were stale so they didn’t even eat them. :

Ice cream was yummy! Not freezer burnt or melted and refrozen. The sugar cone was fresh and crisp. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nice size selection for being in a gas station.

The pizza was great. The bbq wings were OK. The plain wings that I asked to be Well Done were not as crispy as I would have expected. The bread sticks were burned and inedible. The fountain dispenser has the wrong brix, so the Coke was flat and mostly syrup. The ice cream was great, but the server answered the phone with the plastic gloves on, and did not change gloves after the call was done... and put her fingers in my ice cream container. I did call the store to let them know my concerns. The clerk gave me a lot of polite Yes, ma 'am, I 'll check that but there was no effort to ask what she could do to make it better. The people are always friendly, the store and restroom are always immaculately clean, so I hate to make this kind of review, but it is disappointing to pay for something you can 't eat or that you eat but can 't enjoy.

I was really impressed by this gas station Baskin-Robbins. They had quite a large flavor selection. Our shakes were very good.

Another FAILURE for Baskin-Robbins, a double dip so small it didn't even fill the blue cup halfway. To bad these locations are still in business. If you want to be ripped off this is a location to go to.
