My husband and I visited Glenwood Springs for our first anniversaryI chose Hotel Colorado for our stay, as my husband loves history.

We loved the indoor Bar area! I had the HC Burger and my friend had the Shrimp Tacos- Great lunch. Happy to see the dining is open in person again!

Fantastic meal we loved it! Had the duck pierogies and the mini cordon bleau and then the ribeye with truffle fries. Amazing food!!

Birthday dinner. Shrimp appetizer was yummy. We had the stuffed pork chops and lobster mac cheese.
