We thought the place was closed. Appeared empty and for sale signs in the windows however a local told us they were open and they had just ate there so we went in. It was a good lunch. As for parking, there's street parking available right in front of the building on Main Street, along with an additional parking lot behind the restaurant, plus another lot across the street. In terms of accessibility, there is a wheelchair ramp at the back entrance, but there isn't a designated handicapped parking area.
