Sunday-No-Go! I just brought three sandwiches home. we like the fresh bread and fresh ingredients in the regular. Today they have failed on the brot with stale and crusty brot and the order has not read or ignored. we like sandwiches uncut, per guide, but they use the knife consistently to share its content with other sandwich orders. the best bet with the glenview shop is to stand in the line and monitor the sandwich manufacturer directly. just be careful, they often don't listen.

The lady today on the grill was clearly upset she was called from the back. The contents of my sandwich was mostly out of my rock hard bread, all loose in the wrapper. Then there was sauce all over the outside bag. This place has decent food, but sometimes service goes out the window.

Placed an order online at 12:30 for 1:15 pickup. Wasn't ready until 2 PM. Turned out, someone threw away the ticket for the order. No biggie, mistakes happen. The bigger issue is that no one would communicated with me so I stood there for 45 minutes not knowing if I need to reorder or what was going on. Staff made it feel like it was my fault. Been 3 times. Had issues twice. Not going back.
