Przekaż informację zwrotnąI made a mobile order today, went to pick it up from the drive thru, and the darker-complexioned, green-haired girl at the window was extremely hostile for no reason. She looked at me like I annoyed her and didn’t say a hello, or a single word to me the whole interaction (they were not busy, either, not a single other person was behind me in line) even though I was smiling and said thank you, and even “have a nice day”. She just handed me my TWO items, rudely, and slammed the window. I’m not sure why I was treated like this without reasoning and I’m also not sure what Starbucks customer service policy is but this can’t be it. I work a customer service job and would be quickly reprimanded for acting as she did. Absolutely unacceptable that they can get away with behaving that way at work and still getting paid for it. Kindness is free!

I asked for lite caramel brulee and its not lite This is over flow if you ask me. Still love their customer service but they really need to read their orders correctly. I spend 60- and up here weekly I definitely deserve to obtain what i have asked for. Price per person: 10–20
I totally understand with the world the way it is now that there are shortages. But Starbucks is always out! More importantly this location never seems to be open when it says it is. I just drove by with a sign today that should they couldn’t attend customers Saturday and Sunday( yesterday and today) BUT there were 5 workers inside. Don’t have a job if you don’t wanna work it’s that simple!
The staff here is incredibly friendly and supportive. It's definitely worth the wait, even if you have to wait a little longer. Just a heads up: they are not bound by the usual rules when it comes to mobile ordering 10-15 minutes before arrival.
