Decent chicken but the Mac N cheese was dry and plain, the fries were unseasoned. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10

We placed our order by phone at 10:34 was told it would be ready in 15 minutes for pick up. On arrival they ask for payment and tell us it will be a few more minutes. We did not receive our food until 11:37. The customer service was terrible. Do not recommend.

This place has the best chicken BUT the RUDEST workers. Went to place an order and was told they were closed but that they would cook my order... gREAT until a worker from the back made a rude statement. So I told them to cancel my order. Website states they are open until 10 well I placed the order at 8:32. We went to Krispy Chick INSTEAD.

The first time I went here, I was extremely put off by the unfriendliness of the employee who waited on me. No acknowledgement, no hello, no smile. I did ask if their meatloaf was homemade, to which the employee said yes. But I ordered the fried chicken. I was pleasantly surprised with the chicken. It was really good. Which is why I decided to give them another chance. Because I love a good, homemade meatloaf. So I went back today. Still very unfriendly. When I stepped up to the window, I was the only customer there. By the time I finished ordering, there were at least 6 people standing behind me. After I placed my order, I stepped over to the pick up window and tried to figure out how $5.50 price of meatloaf sandwich and fries from their menu on the wall) plus $1.00 "add a large soda for $1) equals $8.09. As I stood there and tried to remember how much GA taxes were, 5 people received their orders. The unfriendly woman finally handed my food to me, but without my drink, so I had to ask for that. After I was in my car and down the road, I looked at my meatloaf sandwich. It looked like a sloppy joe. I had to wait until I got home to eat it with a fork. I will not be returning. They could have the best food in the world and I still wouldn 't go back. The only reason I 'm giving them 2 stars is because they 've got decent food.
