The Bay House At Salishan

The Bay House Ernsthaft is the most stylish restaurant I've ever visited. The food is exceptional, and the service embodies the warm and friendly hospitality that Oregon is known for. A huge thank you to the host and owner, Steve Wilson, as well as my colleague, Pete Doerflinger, for making us feel so welcome and comfortable. I also want to commend the talented culinary team for preparing such delicious dishes. The Bay House offers fine dining that truly satisfies the appetite. The dining room and lounge provide a calming view of the bay and the ocean, enhancing the experience. Their cocktail, food, and wine menus are impressive, and the lounge features a delightful selection of small plates that are perfect for light bites (or great for satisfying a bigger appetite if you decide to order several). We can't wait to return!

Everything about this restaurant is fantastic, from the delicious food to the friendly staff and the beautiful decor! They have an extensive wine collection, and the culinary experience was exceptional. Highly recommended!

We stopped to celebrate our 25th anniversary. Although we had no reservations, they had the seat in the lounge. What an amazing meal, everything was on the point with taste and portions. Customer service is also on site. We'll be regular for date nights. Good for us.

Wonderful staff and great food!! can't rave enough about this place! Must try!! I highly recommend the lounge for a drink or two and the dining room for a fantastic sample of all the wonderful food the chef creates!
