I've been going to this subway for the past 4 months and I went in today during the rush and the manager who's usually there isn't there anymore and it was a mess, no coordination, some of the sloppiest workers. It's going downhill, 0 stars if possible
Light Mayo apparently means pile on the Mayo to them.. can't take simple directions also I think the workers are deaf I kept having to yell/repeat myself.
I felt really bad for the workers there because they didn 't seem to be knowing what they were doing and every time a customer walked in they would all yell WE NEED HELP!!! And i assumed they were all new and anxious or something. The guy who served me was so slow and it seemed he couldn 't separate the cheese or salami at all and was taking forever to put my sandwich together but it was fine bc it was really crowded for their side and on my side as well(they had 4 workers taking orders which i found strange because usually theres only two people working the stations when i go to any subway) and everyone kept bumping into each other trying to work around the lack of space. What really killed me was how long it took for him to ring up my order because he decided to open the register and take out 80$? Idk why but he counted it so slowly and i just kept waiting until i was finally ready to pay and he didn 't ask if i wanted a receipt and didnt give me one, he instead crumpled up an empty receipt on his hand INFRONT OF MY FACE And proceeded to throw it in my bag. Infront of me. He basically threw his trash in my bag. Other than that the sandwich was bomb. I was very hungry so yeahhh i just hope i don 't need to replace my card only in San Bernardino LMAO
Visit this Subway for lunch weekly and the same gentleman Josh always takes my order. He is so thoughtful and attentive whenever I come in. He remembers his customers orders which I think is such a nice touch and makes people's day! His attitude, customer service skills are consistent!
