El Pollo Loco - Glendale(patton)

I been coming here for at least a year. Service was good up til a month ago. I 95 percent go through drive thru and order a chicken bowl so 2 weeks ago I added avocado which I was told it was $1 75 for half an avocado.. cool got it. The next time I go someone said it’s $1.75 a slice. I was bother but I said whatever. I go again ask for a chicken bowl this time I get my chicken bowl without salsa and onions. I asked where was everything. She tells me this is how it comes. I said no it doesn’t I been coming for a year. She got an attitude and got me my onions and salsa and that’s the last time I will be going there.

My Son loves his chicken. Everyone was polite and courteous to us.

There should be the zero star option ? you ask them for freshly cooked chicken and they give you what they have that they run out of. If not, the photos are there. Don't buy over the counter. They will give you old

My kid is 6yrs old and loves el pollo loco!!This is her fave! She’s always treated with respect by the employees and is served the freshest food!

The food here is AMAZING!Service has really improved the past few days! I hardly wait so long anymore in drive thru! And A lot of the employees here have improved with their service! 100/100I enjoy coming here even more now!
