We ordered our meal online and it was ready when we arrived to pick it up. Food was fresh and tasty. We'll be back.

Situated in a nice area. Close to the I-10 freeway. Decent size parking lot. The shop is clean tidy. Restrooms are also kept clean. The customer service is okay but can be improved. An average shop/ restaurant of the El pollo loco chain. They were better in service in food taste. But I think their manager cook both have changed. The food service portion got less. The tostada, salads chicken doesn’t taste that good any more. So, quantity quality both have declined. This was my favourite El Pollo Loco. But, no more..I'm gonna revisit a couple more times shall update my review more negative or positive according to their service food.
