The service may not be the most enthusiastic, but the drinks are tasty and the atmosphere is relaxed.

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I tried to order food for pick-up, but was unable to do so. I prefer to pick up my own food rather than wait for delivery, especially when I am on a tight schedule during lunch. I wish I had been informed of this before I arrived at the restaurant. Additionally, when I called ahead and arrived shortly after, I found the staff speaking in a different language and unable to fulfill my order. It would have been more efficient if they had informed me over the phone instead of wasting my time. Despite these issues, my daughter enjoys their boba drinks, particularly the Arizona sunrise flavor. Overall, the atmosphere could use more energy. If you enjoy boba, I recommend going when you have time to spare, rather than when you are in a hurry.

The women who work during the morning shift at this restaurant have a very negative attitude. My wife and I have visited separately and each time we have encountered the same unfriendly behavior from the morning staff. They do not greet customers, give off a rude vibe, and make you feel foolish for placing an order. While the boba is decent, the staff's poor attitude greatly detracts from the overall experience.

I love this place!!! So many different drinks. I havent tried the food. But it looks good. The Sweet Flamingo with strawberry popping boba. Is amazing.

I got the brown sugar milk tea, it was awful. I felt like I was drinking syrup. Too sweet, way too much syrup, boba was hard tasted old and the drink was warm.I went because of the good reviews. Maybe it was just a bad drink and I need to give them another try?
