Store on 59th and Northern. One of the worst experiences ever. Do not go there. Over priced. Prices on website do not match prices on drive thru or what we were charged. $44.00 for 12 piece family meal. 6 fish 6 chicken. And it's no longer chicken planks, it's tenders. Most 1x3 inches. And dry as hell. Charged extra for hush puppies which should have been included. And no Tatar sauce. Was told they ran out and no shipment until tomorrow. Will never go back and want a full refund for food money and time wasted.

My husband and I went through the drive thru right before they closed and expected to find unhappy people who wanted to rush us out. We were pleasantly surprised by very friendly smiling faces who had our large order ready to go and bonus it was all correct! Kudos to the crew tonight!
Im not one to complain usually so this is quite upsetting.So, I have gone to this taco bell for a while now. I've ordered food in the past and for the most part everything was fine. However, over the past couple of months I've gone and ordered from this location my order is ALWAYS getting messed up.Last time I went in for just a drink I wanted, that was the cherry sunrise freeze and was given a just a cherry icee. Before that I ordered for takeout and they were missing items. This time was the last straw for me, I had a decently large order as it was for three people. I ordered a steak quesadilla, 12pack of cinnabon delights, 2 soft tacos with no lettuce, two bean and cheese burritos with extra onion, three bean and cheese burritos with no red sauce and no onions, burrito supreme combo meal w/baja blast and a mango whip freeze. Now I'm usually very forgiving with fast food, I understand how busy they get, but this was the breaking point for me as it has happened on multiple occasions. When the order was picked up by my sister who for the most part followed up with double checking the order and brough it home. She told me they messed up the 2 soft tacos I ordered and gave us 2 with lettuce, she then said that they even almost forgot our drinks. When she got home and I opened the bag I realized we were missing things, I never got my quesadilla nor my 12pack of cinnabon delights. It was a $45 order and the two items that were missing costed together a total of $13 they were about $6 each. Both of us are exhausted after work, and didnt feel like dealing with it after she had corrected the order twice.
