I told her to forget it and I would like a refund.6 workers started screaming and crying, she didn't need my harassment out of the ground because she was overworked and had 't had a day free in 2 weeks.7 said her sorry, but I just wanted a refund for the sandwich she refused to make.8 she screamed no refund and continued to call the police the coworker has finally refunded my work and screamed to come out of her load. update: the franchise owner heidi wong has informed me and explained that her co-worker was liar because she had no days off and she was an excellent co-worker, while other reviews here clearly show that there is a problem with the woman owner and their abuse of co-workers and customers. fortunately, her franchise will soon be withdrawn because what's going on is coming.

She proceeded to make the sub the way she wanted and sloppily tossed the ingredients on the sandwich with her bare hands and no gloves. I told her to forget it and I would like a refund. 6. Employee began screaming and crying she didt need my harassment for the reason being she had been overworked the and hadn 't had a day off in 2 weeks. 7. Told her sorry but I just wanted a refund for the sandwich she was refusing to make. 8. She screamed NO REFUND! and proceeded to to call the police to escort me out 9. Police informed her because i had already paid for the item and i posed no threat that it was a civil matter 10. Employee finally refunded my and screamed for me to get out of her store. Update: The franchise owner Heidi Wong messaged me and stated her employee was liar for stating she had no days off and she was an outstanding employee, while other reviews here clearly indicate there is a problem with the woman owner and her abuse of employees and customers. Happy to say her franchise will be soon be revoked because what goes around , comes around...
This store was charging my 8 year old daughter to use the restroom. Beyond ridiculous they wouldn't let my daughter use the restroom without a purchase. Human decency does not exist at this store or its management staff. Do not support them.
This Subway #12355-0 in Glendale has horrible customer restroom rules. I needed to use the restroom really bad before I order my food. They told me I had to purchase a meal first because the restroom code will be in my receipt. So I had to order a quick meal I didnt want just to use the restroom. They said its the owners rule. Shame on you owner! You order a meal just to use the restroom too see how it feels. This Subway is worst than all the Circle K 's. This place has alot of bad reviews. Horrible owners and they treat their own staff bad. Im NEVER coming back here...
The small woman who is the owner is very rude to her customers and treats her employees very poorly. I watched her yell and slam ingredients on my sandwich because the young boy made a minor mistake. I felt very uncomfortable. They don’t carry most things all other Subways do there is no point wasting your time and money here. No wonder this place keeps switching owners every few years. My sandwich tasted horrible and the chicken was still cold in the middle. The vegetables were soggy and not fresh at all.
