Pelanchos Mexican Grill - Glendale

I arranged to have a birthday party here on a Saturday 12/27. We had a room/place all to ourselves. The staff went way above my expectations. They were very prompt at bringing out drinks to about 30 guests, and food was prepared and served hot. This is where all of our parties will be held from now on.

Visited on a weekday afternoon. Restaurant was not busy. Noticed a strong smell of bathroom deodorizer when I walked in. Friendly staff. We were seated promptly. We were served good food. I will return and I hope that the odor that greets you when you come in the front door is either toned down or eliminated

The fajitas were really good. I got the lunch portion and it is more that I can eat. My husband got the Panchos burrito and says it was excellent. The black beans are a little bland, but they are still good.

There are a lot of Mexican restaurants... And I am always a little critical of them in my reviews. Pelanchos has a great interior it is like a little Mexican town. It was a slow evening, so it had a peaceful environment. The service was spot on. The food was good. All in all, it was an above average Mexican restaurant.

First time I'd been here. Great experience, the food was awesome, and the service was great! When we visit Knoxville again this will have to be a stopping point!
