Przekaż informację zwrotnąFast food can be quite challenging, especially when you’re working at a Chinese restaurant known for its consistent quality and dealing with a constant stream of hungry, grumpy, and demanding customers. A rating of 3.6?! Seriously? Some of you customers really need to reconsider your behavior! And for the love of God, can someone please provide these employees with the support they need?
I scheduled my food for pickup at 1:00 PM, but it was prepared at 10:43 AM. When I arrived, the restaurant was empty, which is unusual for this place. The day after my visit, several employees are experiencing upset stomachs and possibly food poisoning. The food was not fresh, and I certainly won’t be returning to this Panda Express anytime soon.
I reluctantly give a two star rating because of how kind one of the employees was, however, the manager was not even a bit pleasant and doesn?t even deserve one star. Ordered the steak, waited for it, then they gave me the wrong item (the steak is extra). I complained, the manager said, ?that?s the steak.? I?ve ordered the steak enough times to know it wasn?t, and it literally had 3 small pieces of beef, in what seemed to be their beef and broccoli. If I know the deference as a customer, I feel the manager should as the manager. Last time I?ll be disappointed with any Panda, I show support to any biz based on if they deserve it, they obviously do not! Enough said.
Overall the interaction with anyone behind the counter is not a good example of basic Customer service and hospitality. Online orders are usually not an issue for most establishments. Check your order before you leave if you ordered online for pick up. In addition when I picked up my order I Asked for sauce packets of soy sauce was only given a measly 3 packets. I assumed they must've already put sauce packets with my order alongside the utensils I requested while online ordering. Nope nothing, Had to go back inside and ask for more. Even the only black shirt( I'm guessing they're a manager or supervisor behind the counter and I still had to ask this person 3 times in order to get some sauce packets and not just 3 packets for a large order.
This store needs improvement. The portioning is very inconsistent. The service an food has improved in the last few months.
