Nypd Pizza - Glendale

I called the restaurant around 7:30 PM to explain the issue, and the employee offered to remake the calzone without any hesitation. I appreciated that, but by the time I would have gotten back to the restaurant, they would have already closed, and I didn’t want to keep them open just for my order. So I asked about other options, and the employee connected me with the manager, Jeff. I explained the situation to Jeff, making it clear that I couldn’t make it to NYPD in time. He kindly offered to refund my calzone and credited me for the same order, telling me to just call in my order next time so they’d have it in the system. This review is in no way a complaint; rather, I wanted to express my gratitude for how this situation was handled. I have always enjoyed NYPD, and this experience has only strengthened my appreciation for this fantastic pizza place. You all are amazing!

This was my first visit, and I thoroughly enjoyed it! The New York-style pizza was delicious. I tried the Mott Street Meat Lovers, which comes topped with pepperoni, sausage, and sliced meatballs. It had fantastic flavor and the consistency was great. The service was excellent as well. I will definitely return!

My wife and I ordered takeout from this restaurant today, but when we arrived, we were told we couldn't eat inside, even though we had just placed our order a few minutes earlier. Apparently, this is against their policy. Our kids were already upset right before we walked in, and we were really hoping to sit down, enjoy some drinks, and have a meal together. Unfortunately, after the dismissive attitude of the long-haired Hispanic waiter who made us feel unwelcome, we’ve decided not to dine here again. I can only hope that one day he has children and understands how unpredictable plans can be. It's really disappointing.

Vegans beware!!!!!!! They have a vegan pizza that states they put a cauliflower crust THIS IS DONE WITH EGG!!!!!! Vegetarian and Vegan are two different things. Besides that the manager was rude trying to tell me I had vegan cheese on a different pizza if Iwould have eaten I would be down for two days and sick for a week. I walked my pizza up to ask questions and he had stated thiswas the correct thing, the woman working tried stopping him before continuing to be so defensive on a pizza that was incorrectand that was made with dairy cheese. He then just said we will make you the correct pizza. At this point I just walked away fromhis no knowledge of his own menu and what they look like. Dairy cheese looks different from vegan cheese. He never came to checkon our table making sure everything was okay after it came back out. But when I got the pizza I had to ask if it was thecauliflower crust and she said no well that is when I found out that they put egg in it. So be very careful with the lack ofknowledge to their menu skills and them having false advertising statements on their menu.

This a Great Place for sone Pizza. Very easy menu and medium priced. Lots of parking and well lit. Lots of seats and nice bar area. Food taste great and large portions. Service is very top notch. Kid friendly. I would suggest some pictures for thehall way to the bathroom. Highly Recommended
