McDonald's - Glendale

The Bacon, Egg, and Cheese McGriddles Meal was still warm when I received it. The caramel frappe was delicious. The food was delivered promptly.

I have had my order messed up three times in a row at this restaurant. Without fail, every time I order a Double Filet-O-Fish, I receive a single instead. It has happened consistently.

Every single person working at this location on 6/18/22 is a complete moron. Go to this location if you want them to mess up your entire order every single time. No apologies, nothing. They treat you like garbage because they are garbage.

I came after a long 12hr shift at the hospital to grab a quick bite to eat. The supervisor on shift denied helping me out and said to order at the kiosk. She said she was training 'she is lady with some big attitude. This is 19:55 time on 6/17/22 such HORRIBLE service.

This McDonald's is very inconsistent. I usually get at least 50 bucks worth of food and 95% of the time the order is missing something. I just wish less transient people would come in and bother people (but there's not much to do about this). It's our local McDonald's and wish it was so much more customer service wise and appearance wise
