Little Caesars Pizza - Glendale

Placed an pepperoni pizza an crazy bread order online an was told it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. Arrived at location 25 minutes after placing order to find they were not using the online order hot box thing where I would enter a code to receive my food. Instead waited an additional 15 minutes for my food while watching people who were ordering their food at the counter receive the orders right away. Was very disappointed. I could have ordered in person if I knew it was going to be faster but this was ridiculous. Very unhappy

I normally love Little Caesars, but my most recent experience was terrible! I ordered delivery and got a totally wrong order. I called the customer service number plastered on the receipt and box. I waited for 20 mins but no one picked up. I left a detailed voice-mail but no one has gotten back to me. This was a week ago. I called the store and waited on hold for 12 minutes with no answer. I left 3 reviews on the Little Ceasars website but no one has contacted me. I ordered 2 stuffed crust pizzas and got regular pizzas with totally different toppings. I spent $40 to get 2 pizzas that I did not order and could not get them fixed! I am still so mad that I don't ever want to go back. Why order from somewhere if you cannot even get in contact with any customer service member anywhere? Also, do not offer a complaint box, if you do not actually review the complaints. That pizza was supposed to be pineapple, mushroom, sausage, and stuffed crust. Guess I should be happy there was sausage.

They refuse to answer the phone. I forgot to mention an allergy in the app, and it should be a simple fixation, but I called 5 times and they refuse to answer. If they're in the store, they can answer the phone. They literally force me to waste money. This is not unacceptable. If you have mentioned a phone number, you have the responsibility to answer.
