Jj's Louisiana Bbq - Glendale

It is difficult to give a restaurant on site, a 1-star review. These are our reasons. came here today after he was in the area. The restaurant was empty, which was strange, because it's Saturday, 1230. Order 2 bovine brisket sandwiches each with 2 sides, a can silk and a water cup. The invoice was $46 (20% tip included). Low cost lunch for 2. The meat came warm with cold center. The meat was not good by a lot of imagination. Coleslaw was okay and the potato salad was pretty horrible. Portions were also very small. Very bad experience at consumer level. Only 1 tablet was ready and the other one was discarded.

Don't get me wrong, the food was good, Walmarts producing section is the best. Ordered the chicken sandwich dinner plate, asked for an upgrade to a large drink. Ends up Charge each item separately for total $21. Chicken sandwich is served and what it was cut up with the BONE STILL IN THERE! Don't go back!

AWESOME BOMB FRESH HOT FOOD. My husband and I wanted to try something else and we had a mix of taste. My husband wanted BBQ/Soul Food and I wanted seafood/soul food, so we said let you go to JJs Louisiana BBQ.... WO We must say it was EXCELLENT. Very nice and clean restaurant. We also loved the music... My husband had crowned Brisket greens and Mac N cheese. I had tie collars and Cole Slaw Hush puppies. WOW. His BOMB!!!!????????

The hot link sandwich and sides were good. The baked beans spices took a moment in your mouth and relaxed into the taste of the bean. The potato salad was creamy with good potato tubers. I will go back to try other items on the menu. The food was good and I had no problems with customer service. Thanks for a wonderful meal.

The brisket, pulled pork, Mac n cheese, beans, corn bread and peach cobbler were all very tasty! The young man who took my order was very nice and helpful with my order. The restaurant was very clean. Second visit the ribs were great!
