Cold Stone Creamery - Glendale

On Sunday 8/25/19 1:30 p.m. the AHU hockey team out of Gila River arena plus a few parents and siblings, over 25 of us decided to visit Cold Stone Creamery. Each person ordered two scoops with two toppings of their choice... There were two employees working, one male and one female and they were superb. They worked as a team, quickly and efficiently. Every order was perfect, very well done employees!

Just visited this Cold Stone creamery location on Sunday December 13th. we tried three different flavors, as listed on the pictures followed by my review. At the time of our visit, the lights by the counter were off but the main lobby lights were on, upon asking the servers what that was about, they told me that it was for the purpose of deterring excessive crowds so close to closing time. I dubbed it to it making sense, and we went ahead and ordered. The three flavors were all solid, and upon our requests we were given a little cone of waffle goodness for our Oreo overload cream ice cream. By far the best flavor on there was the strawberry blonde flavor, which was a flavorgasm, no need for description as to what it had it because the menu literally has all the ingredients on it, but if you are ever there or that; you won't regret it! Oreo overload, we ordered without the fudge, and in place of the flavor it is served with, I would recommend serving it with vanilla ice cream. And the third flavor on the lineup, in general it was super sweet, but it was extremely delicious also. the crew here is following safety measures to keep every customer at least 6 ft apart, they offer hand sanitizer at the end of your payment transaction, and everybody is wearing attire proper to the required PPE at the current time of the visit.

This location is HORRIBLE. I put in an order through Postmates and not only where multiple items missing but they got my order wrong TWICE! I ordered Oreo cream ice cream with cookie dough and cherrie add-ins and I received plain vanilla ice cream with mini chocolate chips and cherries. The manager was supposed to make sure we where able to pick our original order up yesterday and they still got my order wrong. Again it had plain vanilla ice cream with cookie dough and cherries. Once again it was missing the Oreo ice cream I originally asked and paid for. The people they have working here are incompetent!

Got some ice cream. By the time I paid my ice cream was like melting idk why. But it needs to be cooler. My favorite is the cheesecake and chocolate. You can either mix it or choose side by side. You can add any topping to it.

I have been several times and continue to go to this location and all but once it's been great. The one time I did have an issue (more than a year ago) the owner (not just a manager), contacted me directly and MORE THAN MADE UP for the issue. I can't say enough but the customer service on a week to week basis but then the way the owner took responsibility and went way above and beyond was more than impressive. This is why this is the only Cold Stone I will go to when possible. Thank you Bill.
