I was given the wrong order yesterday, didn’t have time to fix it until today, and when I went in the lady said I have to have a receipt to get it fixed? The receipt button is an option, and there’s no sign posted that you must have a receipt for exchanges, I tried to explain that and showed her it was indeed just a bagel that i wanted to swap out but no… I see why everyone tells me to avoid this location

We arrived for dinner just before closing, but they provided good service, and the food was excellent. They also sell various deserts which is a great benefit.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room for the kids as tables are spread out.Parking: There is plenty of free parking on the mall.

Just stopped in for a quick bagel. Initially I thought Man, that bagel seems a little pricey... But I went for it and was extremely satisfied. It was a super good bagel and the other food we bought was also delicious. Will go back again next time I am in town!Food: 5/5

Food and service are excellent. We sat on the indoor patio to people watch the mall visitors. Plenty of seating is available inside away from the mall area if you like a more quiet dining experience.Food: 5/5

Ordered the New York sandwich, lean; corned beef, Swiss cheese, coleslaw, 1000 island dressing. When I got home I had fatty meat, no cheese, no coleslaw, and very little dressing. Sandwich was dry. Normally when I eat this in restaurant it is very good, first time ordering it to go.Food: 3/5
