Chipotle Mexican Grill - Glendale

They are terrible. I ordered 2 different paintings. they do not bring salat dress. even if they call, they can't talk to a living person. then the computer gives them a 2 for 1 credit card. I just need one order. So they're trying to make you pay for another. never again.

That was by far the worst chipotle I've ever visited. not only were they slashed with every ingredient, even after I asked for extra, I was still ready to buy the bowl because I love chipotle. I asked about chips with my bowl, but they were punctual, so I immediately complained and was offered another bag. I tasted the bag there, and she was stone. I stood there, tasting bag after the bag of chips, just to find out there were no good chips. all these bags were stuffed in the müll. I got a refund, but I should have waited to try my actual food before I left. because after tasting my food I realized that eating was not so fresh and had a stubborn taste on it. I had no energy to go back to stand and took the l. $32 in the müll. I will never visit this chipotle again.

So far my least favorite Chipotle. They are a bit cheap when it comes to filling the plates. My chips were cold. Kinda dirty location. Too many people around. This location is in the mall however. It just doesn't have the same feel as the stand alone locations.

Had to ask to put extra everything and my bowl is still not full. Terrible portion sizes and customer service

Everyone I come here there is a line which is perfectly fine if you have people working there who can do more than 1 item every 5 minutes. With eight people in front of me 45 minutes to get something to eat is too much. He was in no hurry to move faster nor did the 3 employees in the kitchen think to help this kid out
