Chick-fil-a - Glendale

I stopped by this restaurant for lunch. It was busy, but the line moved quickly. All of the staff greeted me with a smile. The food was hot and delicious. My order was correct and they even remembered the sauces I asked for.

The customer service is consistently excellent (2 stars solely for this aspect). However, the prices have increased while the portion sizes have decreased. The amount of chicken breast provided is insufficient even for a sandwich. Unfortunately, the food quality deserves zero stars.

I ordered the chicken mini menu with a side of yogurt at this restaurant. However, I was disappointed when they gave me a plastic knife instead of a spoon for my yogurt, and they also forgot to give me my grill sauce. The service was lacking in attention to detail.

Her mac and cheese was good in the past, but after tonight I am not sure I would get it again. what I received, looks like it's been a long time. the cheese on my noodles was no longer a soaked, but only dried cheese clumped together. the only reason why I gave 4 stars was because I was able to get a voucher for a meal in the future, but I would have preferred a lot of a refund.

This was a delivery and the one thing I don't like about Chick-fil-A is they are slow. They always send me a text stating it is ready for pick up but that is not true.. What they're really saying is they have the order and they're gonna start Putting it together. The employees are always really nice so no problem with them it's just that the text should say they confirm receipt of the order and we'll begin putting it together instead other instead of it is ready for pick up.
