California Pizza Kitchen - Glendale

I went to this restaurant for Sunday lunch. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and mac and cheese with edamame from the kids menu. It was nice that the meals came with drinks. I had the ribeye and the blue cheese butter was delicious. We all loved the desserts. My child had a $1.29 sundae and I had the salted caramel pudding. The server was very pleasant as well.

An ADA accessible restaurant with friendly staff, indoor/ outdoor sitting, booths and stool bar area sitting. It was the first time I visited CPK. Their chicken BBQ pizza was tasty and had a thin, well-cooked crust. Their appetizer bread with bruchetta and olive oil was fine too. Check it out next time you visit Atlas Mall. Ample paid parking throughout site.

The restaurant offers great service and food, albeit on the expensive side. The menu features unique dishes such as the delicious spicy buffalo cauliflower. The buffalo sauce and blue cheese crumble topping were a perfect combination. The Works pizza outshined the Jamaican jerk pizza, but both were enjoyable. The butter cake was tasty, though a bit overpriced at $9. The restroom was clean with a pleasant atmosphere. I would definitely come back again.

Yesterday, on July 13th, 2022, my nephew and I had dinner at CPK. We arrived early before the dinner rush and hadn't been there since the previous year, so we decided to grab a quick meal. We were seated promptly upon arrival. I couldn't decide what to order, so I ended up getting the Santa Fe Power Bowl at the waitress's suggestion. My nephew went with the Mac and Cheese, as they didn't have fries available. Despite the tasty meal, we weren't checked on until it was time to pay. On a positive note, when I finally got the waitress's attention, she had no issue with me returning my drink. I ordered the Tropical Mule initially but found it had a strange aftertaste. To-go, I ordered the Spinach Artichoke Dip with chips, only to discover the chips were stale and the dip had an expiration date of 7/8-7/10 when I got home.

Service is great, not a fan of the pizza but the desert is what I come here for. Butter cake with ice cream is the best desert I have ever had. The texture, taste, look, everything is good about it. My only issue is the utensils!! They are so bigggggg! The spoon for the cake and ice cream felt like I was eating with the ?cucharon? for the rice( my Spanish people will understand) Please please California Pizza get some smaller utensils?.
