Burger King - Glendale

It's almost a new Burger King. No problem with staff or facilities. It was spotless and plenty of space. The reason for such a low score is the new single double triple burger with special sauce. My friend and I couldn't even finish the terrible taste. Everything else I tried here was good, so it's a bad thing.

After I had to repeat my order to them three times, there were problems with my order. I called and was hanged 2 times by the manager after serving cold food and found a mistake in my drink! Wouldn't recommend going there... nowhere else!

I went through the drive thru and ordered an original chicken sandwich with onion rings and a coke. The chicken sandwich was obviously boiled hours ago. The bungalow was dry and hard along the edges. The onion rings were chewing. The coke tasted like soda water. Absolutely not going back.

By driving through, there were only 3 cars in total and I waited for the food for about 20 minutes. I also ordered 4 original chicken sandwiches and got crispy chicken sandwiches. Customer service wasn't bad. Would not recommend this location. It is a new location, so it looks nice, but I assume that some of the employees are also new.

This BK location has been exceptionally slow the past few times we've been here, even though they don't seem busy with customer volume. Order is accurate, service is friendly... it's just not very fast for fast food.
