There was a free individual meal if you order $10 or more on first visit thru their reward program so I signed up and ordered. Food was ready when I got there and order was correct other than they did not give the extra gravy requested. I had the turkey and mashed potatoes, everything was pretty good but had to keep salting it otherwise very bland including the gravy. It did the trick but not sure it will be a cravable place. Saving the chicken meal for husband so can't comment on taste but looks good.
Boston Market had a great Memorial day deal that we just couldn't pass up. We ordered a whole chicken, slap of ribs, 4 large sides all for 25 bucks. Just remember there are up charges for the popular sides, thus we paid 3 bucks extra for sweet potatoes. The customer service was fabulous. The food was hot, fresh and quick to the table. The only downside is really the silly up charge and I wish they'd get rid of it. I look forward to going back sooner than later for sure.
First time at this location as we just moved nearby. Ordered online with a coupon. Hubby picked up two bowls, 2 sodas and cornbread. Brought home. We sat down to eat dinner. No gravy whatsoever on mashed potatoes, corn, chicken bowls (was ordered). Also ordered 6 cornbread, received 2. Called and spoke to manager, B. Marquee. No help. Was told if we come back, he will give us what we're missing. Asked about future coupon or other option for the inconvenience; said nothing like that available. Completely uninterested in making this right. Hubby said only 4 teens working, were all sitting outside on a picnic table when he arrived. Very poor customer service. Will not return.
Got rid of the famous prime rib and the turkey. Not a great decision. Only one other table in there at 6:30 pm tonight. No one really running the show. Did not see a Manager. Place was clean, but menu is too limited now. Red skins were very undercooked. Meat loaf was good. Bring back the prime rib PLEASE!!
So I heard an add for new rotisserie chicken bites on the radio and then I saw a billboard for it. I had never ate at a Boston Market, but I have had their food before and I liked it. So, after bouldering all Thursday morning, I decided to make a sitting at BM be my lunch, my sustenance of choice, high on protein from the rotisserie nuggets, and I paired it with mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli, and house sauce. What a hit they will be for all the lego fiends, if the find out about them. They look appealing in the photos, but in person they look very bland, barely any color, but the flavor is a win, for sure. I went at noon, so it was pretty empty, like if they had just got through the lunch rush. The bathrooms were relatively clean, a few paper towels on the counter and toilet squares on the floor, but clean. The restaurant was neat and tidy, everything in its place and drinks fully stocked.
