Black Angus Steakhouse - Glendale

We've dined here twice in the past two years, and I can confidently say this is the best steak I've enjoyed for a reasonable price. I highly recommend it. The service is excellent, and the booths are nice and quiet.

The extended walls on the booths provide great privacy, allowing for intimate conversations. The food is exceptional—our usual order is the filet mignon and two lobster tails, which totals around $60 and includes two sides. The asparagus is always delicious and perfectly seasoned. The filet is absolutely divine. I’ve noticed that more people tend to order the ribeye since it’s a bit cheaper, but I personally prefer the filet. I recommend this restaurant to everyone; my steak is always cooked exactly to my liking and is incredibly tender when cutting or eating! The lobster is consistently perfect, served with butter on the side. The macaroni is homemade and so creamy! Both kids and adults will enjoy it, especially if you're a macaroni or pasta lover! Plus, it comes with crispy edges, which is delightful! One thing I found odd is that some steakhouses overcook their meat—yuck! But the staff at Black Angus are always friendly and efficient. All I want is prompt service with a smile, and they deliver. I typically spend about $100, including a generous tip, while sharing a meal with my partner, and the food is always reliable for both of us! During our last visit, we opted for an appetizer instead of an additional side, choosing the loaded potato skins. They were great—maybe a tad overcooked and slightly crunchy, but still delicious enough that I would definitely order them again. I consider this a very minor complaint. The loaded potato skins are the perfect comfort food, served with sour cream, but I highly recommend dipping them in ranch dressing—it’s the best! I wanted to take pictures of the loaded potatoes, but my meal looked so good that I dove in before grabbing any photos—sorry about that! I’ll be sure to update my post after our next visit. This is your typical chain steakhouse. While I enjoy bread and butter, the overall food experience here was rather underwhelming. You can tell that it’s a standard offering. It met my needs, and the staff was friendly.

The food was good, the young ladies on the front were welcoming. We were there to celebrate a birthday. The waitress was good to a point. When the review came, she put it on the table and left, she was back in less than 3 minutes and took the check and said I had to close this because I needed the table. We hadn't hired the credit card yet. Nice place to go, unless you want to relax and enjoy the dinner without rushing

We were seated right away. Our server was great. I didn't catch his name. The blackberry tea cocktail was strong and very tasty. The steak and prime rib were a bit too salty for my taste. The chocolate cake was delicious. All around great evening at black Angus
