One of the staff members at this restaurant used my debit card last night to purchase food just 10 minutes after I placed my order. I have my receipts and evidence to prove it. It seems like they thought I wouldn't notice, but their transaction was 30 cents more than mine. I am a regular customer here and I am extremely disappointed. If you want more information, please reach out to me. I have already set up fraud alerts as a precaution.
The restaurant consistently gets orders correct and quickly. Every meal I have had there has been perfect. One time, while sitting in the drive-thru with my spouse, we overheard the people in front of us ordering $70 worth of Taco Bell. We were impressed by how quickly and efficiently the staff handled such a large order, allowing us to continue on to our next destination without delay. Great experience all around.
I ordered a bean chalupa with no lettuce and added beans instead, along with a bean burrito with no beans, just lettuce. I ordered 2 chalupas and 4 burritos, but only received 3 packets of sauce.
Such a bad customer service. employees are so rude and only because they can't hear them properly, they will be with them about what they actually ordered. they gave not only a wrong order, but only because they have to change my drink that they got wrong, the hired did not even close the lid and it so filled that everything was spilled in my car by staining. they really have to work on their service.
The slowest and rudest Taco Bell I have ever been to. Left delivery driver waiting almost ten minutes and customers with no line waiting over five who just gave up and used the kiosk.
