I don’t know how you manage to mess up a matcha latte this bad.....this is the only starbucks i’ve gone to that has given me a drink like this.
Today, I went to a restaurant with my daughter and she wanted a drink that wasn't on the menu. She bravely asked for caramel syrup instead of chocolate syrup on top. The cashier said it wasn't a problem, but when we got our drinks, they had chocolate instead of caramel. I politely asked if they could fix it, but the cashier became agitated and lectured me on the difference between syrup and topping. My daughter was disappointed and asked why I didn't want to order. It's frustrating when not everyone understands exactly what you're asking for. Overall, very disappointed with the service.
I ordered a Venti drink and the milk cap bottle was at the bottom of my drink. hadn't done that until today. ? cmon stars. didn't go back because I live far from this place.
They asked for a decaf meal because they were no longer commercially available. as if it was a great inconvenience that he could not accept. then he tried to pull a quick one on me and gave me a dekaf americano instead of the hand out (which is bitter and why I don't choose this option) was made new. now I'm awake when I was supposed to sleep, so he was thinking regularly in spite of me. grrr.
