Jimmy John's - Glendale Heights

I called to place my order and spoke to a man who claimed to be the manager, Javi. He informed me that my delivery order was on its way but couldn't provide me with an estimated time of arrival. He abruptly hung up without asking for my name. When I called back, a different "manager" answered and thanked me for my patience. My order was finally delivered after some delay.

I am incredibly disappointed that none of the staff at this restaurant have responded to my message regarding an excessively late delivery. I often order lunch from this establishment online and have never had to wait an hour for my food to arrive. I am shocked that they did not even attempt to contact me to inform me of the delay. I could have easily picked up my order and not missed my entire lunch break waiting for delivery. I will not be ordering from this place again.

I can't describe how great this new place is in glendale heights! great new drinks that are normally not offered in our city, plus 4 dollar dishes, they rock jimmy!

Excellent customer service. Were super friendly when I went in. Had a mix up and got the wrong sandwich, no big deal it happens. Called them and they apologized, offered me a credit or a new sandwich. When I went to grab the new sandwich they were awesome and made sure everything was good. Will definitely return!

The online listing indicated that the restaurant was open until 6pm, so I called to place an order. Unfortunately, there was no answer the first two times I called. On the third try, a man answered and rudely asked why I was "blowing up" their phone, informing me that they were already closed. I apologized and mentioned that the online hours showed they were open until 6pm, to which he responded rudely again. I expressed my disappointment with his attitude and lack of respect, but he continued to be dismissive and eventually hung up on me. This incident of poor customer service, combined with their apparent disregard for customer satisfaction during difficult times like the current pandemic, has led me to take my business elsewhere. It's unfortunate that they chose to close early without updating their online information, but there was no need for the disrespectful treatment I received. Despite being a regular customer for lunch in the area, I will not be returning due to this unnecessary and unpleasant experience. Good luck to the restaurant in the future.
