Moes Cafe Pancake And Grill - Glendale

I frequent Moe's restaurant weekly. Despite trying other places, I find that Moe's offers superior service, food, and coffee. Sometimes my friends and I will sit and chat for a few hours and the staff doesn't mind at all.

Chef was rude to my clients accusing them of coming in and saying they always do this (ie) changing mind My client's (twin Sister's) have never been to Moe's before I thought I would take them as a treat and a different location Never ever again

First visit ordered kids butterfly and smily face pancake with only chocolate no strawberry or raspberry came out with strawberry on it was remade. 2nd time ordered the same came out with just chocolate and 3 pancakes on a plate. I asked doesn't it come with ice cream etc they went and added it in a mess. I asked ain't they suppose to be smily face and butterfly like last time. They said the chef won't make them with chocolate now only strawberry. So why take my order and money if they don't do it? On the menu it only says chocolate on smily face so it should only come with chocolate anyway. The girl serving was rude about it and I just my kids just wanted what they asked for. I asked to see the manager only after that they were remade and came out still a mess but with all the marshmallows and sprinkles etc. The chef wasn't happy about it though. Also big breakfast needs to be renamed mini breakfast.

We walked past and saw someone with waffles Mum made a comment they look good to which we decided we will have lunch there.... to which we did! It was sadly average with the only friendly person was the one taking orders and money. Food was definitely fast cafe food no presentation and was average. Pre made most stuff and the toasty was soggy the waffles well they were ok nothing special

I went to have lunch and decided to order only one bacon roll at the same price as the pancakes. We didn't want the egg, so I asked if we could have avocado instead. The staff informed me that it would be an additional $3 for everyone. I decided not to pay the extra charge and found that the bacon roll we received only had two small pieces of bacon on a very small bun. I was disappointed with the portion size and the lack of friendliness from the staff. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
