I'm a vegetarian and I'm very angry with meat patty. I ate something, it tasted cold and gum-like, so I removed the bungalow and inspected the Patty and so I knew it was meat. there were no black beans on it. the night she bacon on my sandwich I ordered in the store. that is very frustrating, passing twice in the night. with meat. I've been trying to eat my dinner since 7:00 a.m. on the presentation of this feedback. the store said they sent a different sandwich, but they canceled the order on me and went over to pick up and as if went over, they called the guy and told me that the store is closed. I haven't eaten yet. I'm really angry that these three times happen in one night. Please prepare your food properly and check everything before it ends. also change back Please make your gloves wen preparation vegetarian meals. This is the worst experience I had. I'll take them with smashburg companies. Hide more people when pple cant do their job right.
If I could give them more than five stars, I would swear that the chefs who worked the night shift made my food perfect. The burger was absolutely juicy. The wings were really good. Would definitely recommend to eat here personally and also online for delivery.
The place lost the quality it used to have... the meat is obviously not the same quality anymore, and the worst... the current staff does not know how to serve the public... I ordered to eat there and without asking me they put my food for to go, and they literally asked me to leave the site... just because they wanted to go home! this action for me has -5 stars... in any site that values ??the consumer, they wait for the person to finish eating... .especially if the person bought during regular working hours?
Horrible experience! An assistant manager was chatting with an employee who was picking her nose. This is completely disgusting and inappropriate behavior. The cold fries and flavorless burgers were a disappointment. Watching the same employee handle the cash register without washing her hands was the last straw. This restaurant will not be getting my business again. The Glenn Ridge location needs to be closed down by authorities.
Recently I visited this location and the cashier was rude? never greeted me, no smile, nor did he ask ?What?s your order?. He just stood at the register, when my order was complete he asked me my name. My regular fries were cold and not so fresh so I returned and the manager gave me a fresh batch and a large. I will give them two stars because the manager was friendly and accommodating. This is a busy location so they definitely need to step up their customer service skills!
