This is some of the best Indian food I've had outside of New York. They are a little hesitant to up the spice for Americans, but the flavors and the preparations are superb. We had the chicken tikka, the Tewa stew, Papdi Chat, daily special shrimp, raita, and mixed pickle. The margarita was excellent. We'll be back.
The food was excellent. We tried a few new things, and some old standards and enjoyed them all. We asked for level3 hotness, one of our guests would have preferred 2.5 : . The Web site didn't mention that they have a full bar.
