Raising Cane's Chicken - Glen Ellyn

Friendly, usually fast. We ordered via app. App encourages you to set location so they can be notified when arrive and have meal ready. Pulled In got a message “your food is ready”. Waited 15 minutes , nothing. Explained got a text saying it was ready but I couldn’t find on take out shelf. Took another 10minutes for them to get the food ready. Everyone was very friendly. It was a Sunday at noon so they were super busy.

Did drive through and was rushed. Horrible feeling. Ordered the 3 pc and not bread. The best part. Need to work on customer service.

Just like any other Raising Cane's. They were just as great.

So disappointed in the service. Came through the drive-thru and the server kept our credit card. He gave the receipt and did not return the card. Before we even left the parking lot we realized his mistake and circled back. He then delayed and acted like he was not aware he had the card. Very

Long drive thru line, so I went inside to order. The syaff was nice and fast. It's a trwat to gwt Cane's because of the high calories. Worth it for cheat day.
