Dunkin' - Glen Ellyn

Been going to this place for about 5 months now and I just realized they have been double charging me. Not all the time, but at least 3 times a month. I won't be going back and I notified my bank.

This is by far the worst dunkin dounuts I have ever been to. It?s the closest one to my house so now I drive and extra 5 mins in the opposite direction in the morning for my coffee. People are rude everyone that works here seems like they don?t want to bethere. If I order food it?s either burnt or stale. The coffee is so random sometimes it taste like normal dunkin coffee and thensometimes it is terrible.

Terrible customer service. They act almost annoyed that you?re there. I went inside, and no one was waiting in line, but it still took almost 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me.

Early morning guy is super lazy. Says manager tells them not to stir any coffee.. lazy but they want 15 bucks an hour.. STIR EVERY COFFEE LAZY AZZ

This is the best dunkin in the area. I tried others several times, and that's the only one I'm going to go now. The staff is nice and the guy this morning has tried to make sure that I got what I wanted and I appreciate that; I wish I had his name. You are great and appreciated, thank you!!!
