No professionalism what so ever. The standards of cleaning are so unbelievably low at this location I would becareful eating here especially anything hot food wise. No one cares about customer service, only about making a quick buck. Thislocation charges everyone extra items and refuse to hand out the receipts. I encourage everyone to ask for their receipt ifyou're reading this. If 0 stars was an option I would rather do that. Such a terrible place, hope they get shut down at somepoint if enough people complain.
I been going to this location for like almost 5years i promise. This is the 3rd times that they gave me a different one instead of the one that i wanted. It said sweet tea but did not even taste like sweet at all. I called and they were like we can makeyou another drink if you come back or you want the manager number? I know it isnt a 10$ drink but still they thought it was okayjust to come back n get another drink. I paid for my i did not beg you to give it free. Worst experience with this place. Neveragain with dunkin
I was completely disappointed with my experience at this Dunkin' Donuts. Several times we have placed orders online, only to arrive in store and find that they are not ready. It's frustrating to have to wait in the store for someone to acknowledge us. Today, my wife stopped by to pick up an order we had placed online on her way to work, but once again, it was not ready. When she finally got to work and opened the bag, she found that her English muffin was not toasted, although they did remember to put butter on it.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant! I placed a mobile order for donuts for guests coming over, but when I arrived after driving 10 minutes to pick up my order, I was told that they were out of donuts. They refused to give me a refund and suggested I come back the next day for donuts. I thought they were joking at first, but they were serious. I filed a complaint with Dunkin Donuts corporate office as they not only wasted my time and gas money, but also essentially stole my money.
I had a terrible customer service experience at the restaurant when I ordered coffee and snacks around 1 pm on 01/11/2022. The server at the drive-thru was extremely rude and completely ruined my mood. I did not catch her name, but it was a disappointing interaction that lasted only a minute. I hope they replace this worker soon.
