I am disappointed with the service at donut king the way the manager speaks to the customers is disgusting they messed my order up hot dog was raw manager didn’t care wouldn’t refund my money or take the food back

Quite often pop in for coffee and donuts when out shopping as it is so good it is hard to walk past. Always the staff have been friendly and chatty and of course we love the hot donuts and hot coffee too.

Firstly We love donuts my kids and I buy one every time we shop. I have two sons and pretty well they will devour ANYTHING even the dirt in the backyard We purchased donuts which were pretty iced (very attractive to a child) and they...were hard and stale feeling. Once Visibly comparing them to the others in the cabinet I could see that the donuts we purchased (and others in the cabinet) were old ! Comparing the bottom dough part to the others in the cabinet. I asked to have a fresh donut and was told “all our donuts are fresh” well I call bullsh#t I’ve never had an old donut and the donut king at northlakes Sill wanting a donut for my kids one that they would actually eat yes the dirt eaters wouldn’t even eat the stale old donut! I was told we couldn’t have the one my three year old picked because it was in a box and the young lady serving us wasn’t “authorised” to swap out of the boxes. Utter ****! What sort of qualification do you need to serve your customers a fresh freaking donut. And at a pop why are we being served old **** !

Went to this store today, my daughter wanted a milkshake. young people working and it was quite busy. Young female was very friendly at start, acknowledge my daughter and a smile. She turned very quickly to been short and rude. My duaghter wanted a...hotdog too, so i asked if i could please add a hotdog to make a meal deal. OMG end of the world request. Shakes hot and one shake hardly had any chocolate in it. Hotdogs well my year old could have put them together better. very messy and way too much sauce on one of them. Customers walking away as they got sick of waiting, but orders were a fair size too. customer is everything, **** a customer off and you get a bad review. I was happy when i started at your shop, pissed and disrecepted with the attuide of the young girl by the end. I will not be back to get served like this, kids change there minds and it wasnt a big deal. value for money not there as products poorly made.

Donut King is a great place for a quick coffee or light lunch,the staff is very friendly. I would recomend it to anyway.
