Edley's B-que - Glen Carbon

I really wanted to love this new BBQ place in town. To be fair, the place is still very new and I’m sure it will take some time. The atmosphere was definitely friendly and the place really delivered, aesthetically. The food, however, was pretty lackluster. The brisket was fatty and the sides were in tiny little cups similar to the miniature Dixie cups used for water in someone’s bathroom. My husband and I got the Mac and cheese and potato salad and it had absolutely NO flavor whatsoever. The cornbread was very dry and flavorless as well. Honestly, the best thing there was the sweet tea. Over 50 dollars spent for just two people and it’s safe to say we won’t be back, at least for a while. Can’t wait to dry Doc’s!

The nice teenage lady took my order.I’d never been here so I while on my break I decided to get enough to share $25.95) $4 makes it a platter.Full slab ribs with 2 sides and corn bread.Not really enough of sides. So I’m disappointed

Tried tonight was excited for good vday dinner. Just awful wings were rubbery and the taste was a no.. some were burnt. The pickles were so soggy n filled w grease.. total waste in huge let down. Tried to message privately. No option.

Excellent food. I hate fat! I ordered their burnt ends, and they were delicious, even the fat!! I have never had fat taste good before. The staff was very friendly! The atmosphere was very relaxing and enjoyable. We will be back!Vegetarian options: I saw Vegetarian dishes on the menu.
