Vocelli Pizza - Glen Burnie

The light skinned guy with the glasses was rude during my pickup had a nerve not to even say thank you after I got my order.

I went to order a cheese steak. I can not believe that this establishment does not have ketchup on the menu. I was told they don't have ketchup because this is not a carryout. What? Business elsewhere.

I walked in to order a pizza and saw one of the workers making a pizza without gloves on. He had dirt under his nails, and as he was about to put cheese on the pizza, he put his nasty fingernails into the container with the cheese, rummaged around for a bit, then took it out and put it on the pizza. It was the grossest thing I ever saw. I walked out. This used to be my favorite pizza place, but now I have to find another place that actually makes pizzas with proper hygiene and gloves.

This place used to be great, but it seems like they are getting too greedy with inflation. The $13 bone-in chicken wings are noticably smaller than they used to be with more gristle. They are also now outsourcing delivery orders to DoorDash. I will definitely reconsider the next time I think about ordering out for pizza. Vocelli used to offer higher quality, but is now just overpriced Domino's.

Great experience, the staff were nice and the food was amazing! The pizza came out perfect and everyone was so respectful! The food came out very quick as well!
