The manager Kim is very rude and disgusting, she ruined my whole mood with her miserable disgusting attitude. . I will never visit this Dunkin or anyone at BWI after my experience with her.
They suppose to open at 5am. The employee was on time as he prepped everything.He continued to prep as 5:15 rolled around. The line grew down the concourse.He never informed the customers that he was not serving anyone. He ignored people as they walked up to the register and when prompted to close the gate he said they did not have one.New people came and stood on line and again he never gave them the Courtesy to say we are not open.
