Baskin-robbins - Glen Burnie

This BR does not allow you to choose more than one flavor scoop of ice cream. The reason given is I don 't why...we just don 't. Poor customer service. I won 't patronize this location again.

I called the store and they said we’ll close in 10 mins.. I was nearby and I arrived exactly 4 mins after the call. They refused to let me in. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.

1st, it was 4 o'clock in the afternoon and the inside of the restaurant was closed. 2nd, the line for the drive-thru was around the building and into the streets because the building wasn't open. 3rd, I ordered a 2 scoop sundae with caramel, nuts, whipped cream and a cherry. They charged me $0.99 extra for one cherry and there wasn't any caramel on my Sunday. The line was too long to go back 2 rectify the problem. I asked the cashier, when I got to the window, to repeat my order and it was still wrong

My experience was subpar. They are understaffed so their was a long wait even though there were only two people in front of me. When the lady did get to me, she sat my waffle cone for the ice cream on the counter which absolutely disgusting. The person that accompanied me got a bowl of ice cream and there were no spoons.
