Food is so cold served chess burger dry and fraught test extremely bad so disappointed in WAWA now I will call them DADA very disappointed

The young lady who worked behind the food counter was RUDE!!! I understand that we all have bad days, but you work in customer service I didn't do anything to you! Maybe a short break to Regroup

Please train/restrict staff especially how to make drinks!! It's so annoying to travel further, because for some reason they can never get it here. Do not waste money to make frozen drinks behind the counter! I can't talk too much for food because this one time I got a hoagie, it was terrible and they didn't add everything I ordered and I never have food here again. But I came several times for a frozen coffee and it is ridiculously terrible every time with NO taste.

I was so anxious that when I finally managed to drive away, I realized I had forgotten to thank him properly. Please extend my thanks to him. Your team receives excellent training; I visit your store at least once a day, and every member of your staff has been nothing but gracious and helpful.
