Starbucks - Glen Allen

I've encountered the most unprofessional and untrained staff at this Starbucks compared to any other I've visited. Each time I place an order, they seem to mess it up. Since I don't drive, I'm unable to go back and have it fixed. It's frustrating to feel like I'm wasting my money because they don’t hire better employees. If you want your drink made correctly, I would recommend going to the Brook Road, Parham, or Ashland locations instead. Service rating: 1 star.

I had a great experience at this restaurant! The staff was friendly, and the service was efficient. There was a small mistake with my order, but they corrected it promptly and without any fuss. I ordered takeout for lunch, and the prices were very reasonable, ranging from $1 to $10. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 5 stars.
