Potbelly - Glen Allen

On Apple Maps, Google, and DoorDash, this store was marked as being open on 3/31/24 (on Easter). The other Potbelly location was marked as being closed. I placed an expensive DoorDash order with several items, the poor DoorDash driver drove all the way to the store, only to find they were closed. On DoorDash you are able to mark the restaurant as closed on certain days, such as holidays. Now I will have to wait for my money to be refunded, and my family is frustrated because they were expecting food to have arrived. With all the technology available, there is no excuse as to why the owner of the store didn’t mark the store as closed on DoorDash. It was simply negligence and ignorance. I will never eat from Potbelly due to this experience, and I will make sure my friends and family don’t either. Respectfully, it’s not that hard to go onto DoorDash and mark the restaurant as closed.

Horrible customer service. Sandwich’s are mid at best.

{Edit} I won't be back again. They've raised their prices for a 3rd time in 9 months and I can longer afford it. I got a free cookie for my review, but it's only free with a purchase. No cookie for me.

The food was great. First time going and I will go again. The staff was very friendly and nice clean establishment.

While waiting to be greeted 2min waiting), I realized it smelled like a dirty mop. Took me a minute to realize what the smell was. Walked out without being greeted. Five Guys right across the street doesn’t smell like a mop, I’d try
