I've been a patron of this Papa John's for years, drawn in by their consistently good service and quality. However, my latest experience has left me deeply disappointed and questioning if I'll ever return. My order took an astonishing 90 minutes to arrive, and to my dismay, it was cold and lacked the freshness I've come to associate with this establishment.Seeking a resolution, I called the store, only to be met with a lengthy 30-minute wait just to speak to someone. The manager, Marsh, who finally answered, was anything but helpful. Her demeanor was not just unprofessional; it was outright rude. Instead of understanding and rectifying the situation with a refund, she offered a mere credit, missing the point entirely that the issue was not just the delay, but the complete lapse in the quality of food and service.This experience is a stark departure from the high standards I've experienced in the past. It's disheartening to see such a decline, and it's prompted me to reconsider my loyalty to this store. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call to address these serious lapses in service and food quality.

I placed a large order for my work team and when I went to pick it up, the girl working that night was incredibly rude. I asked her how long my order had been ready and she didn't even respond. When I asked about the price of the 2 liter sodas, she answered in a frustrated and annoyed manner. Overall, it was a rude and unpleasant experience.

Papa John's should consider removing their call centers for ordering. The employees do not speak fluent English and often push for unnecessary upgrades or extra items. It's a disappointing experience.

Ordered from here a few times. Pizza and breadsticks just keep getting worse ? won't be going back to this location.

The manager efficiently runs the restaurant to handle the high number of customers. The food is excellent!
