Panda Express - Glen Allen

While the food at this restaurant is fantastic, the customer service is lacking. The staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful. I had to wait a long time to be served, and even when I tried to get their attention, they ignored me. When they finally did acknowledge me, they were very impolite.

I placed an order for black pepper chicken and it appears they chopped the onions and left some skin on them and added some sort of sweet ingredients to enhance the taste. However, it made it worst! Why? This is the worst meal I have had from Panda Express in a while!

Ordered online multiple times here and picked up in drive thru. Today I was told I had to come into dining room? That kinda defeats the whole purpose of ordering online.

I had a very enjoyable experience with Rose at Panda Express. It was my first time trying this restaurant, and Rose warmly welcomed me and provided some helpful suggestions. She was very pleasant and made my experience great. The food was also delicious.
