Mona Lounge Cigar - Glen Allen

I booked a party for my sister's birthday at this restaurant, and it was a disappointment. The place was far too crowded for reserved events, and there wasn't enough space for our group. The coordinator didn't reserve the number of seats we requested and failed to inform us that all guests needed to arrive simultaneously, even in the email. To make matters worse, the waiter was rude and unfriendly. I felt frustrated paying an 18% gratuity for service that was almost nonexistent; we only saw her upon arrival and when it was time to pay the bill. We had to keep asking for food and drinks. The lounge itself was nice, but it would have been a much better experience if the coordinator and waitress had matched the quality of the space.

It was a great experience, but I recommend giving more attention to the hookah smokers.

It was night, and the DJ clearly didn't stay for the entire duration. The evening would have been fantastic if he had been able to remain until the event concluded.

A great place to unwind, meet new people, enjoy good wine, cigars cocktails, watch sports, listen to live music and/or a DJ. Good customer service

Maria was an excellent waitress- she was on top of everything we needed the entire night. The birthday girl and the entire party enjoyed the live music, dj, food and drinks. Planning to come monthly in the future!
