Dominic’s Subs - Glen Allen

Located in front of Lowe's, Dominic's is a food stand that offers hot dogs, cheesesteaks, Italian sausages, and even vegan options (portobello). There are also combos that come with a beverage of your choice and a bag of chips. Finding this small chain is a little difficult, as there aren't that many locations, so I was super excited to have found one while visiting the area! The hubs and I shared a Philly cheesesteak, and, oh boy, it was made to order the meat was so juicy, the cheese was melty, and the peppers and the onions were grilled to perfection. It was SO hot, temperature wise, that I literally burned my tongue and the roof of my mouth because I couldn't shove it in my mouth fast enough AHAHAHA! I don't usually add peppers to my cheesesteaks, but the veggies complemented the meat well! There were some picnic tables behind the stand to dine al fresco, but most seem to get their orders to go after shopping at Lowe's. The owner was so friendly and welcoming! Simply the best subs anywhere. We love their meatball or philly cheesesteak subs. The sub rolls are soo good, too. Don't pass up this little gem!
