Buffalo Wild Wings - Glen Allen

I am on my way to the Annual Carlisle Corvette Car Show/Parade 24 (Carlisle, PA), 23 August 2024, and decided to stop in and have a quick lunch. I am a regular at BBW in the Chesterfield and Chester, Virginia areas. Tiffany T. my server and bartender simply nailed every bit of customer service, friendly, kind, sociable, professional, and truly love and embrace her job. The Best of the Best. Could not be more satisfied with my lunch and customer service. Look at that food and presentation, it makes you want to dig in. Dr. K. King, Ticket Number: 30009.

Some of our food came out cold, but our awesome waitress took care of it. Otherwise no complaints for a corporate chain.

I came into this Buffalo Wild Wings on Tuesday, 07/23. Having been a server myself during my college years, I am usually fairly understanding of the server’s side; however, this was among my top worst restaurant experiences. The service was terrible. After being seated at a table, my husband and I waited for fifteen minutes just to get our order taken. Given that there were no more than five tables at the restaurant, this was ridiculous. When our server Matt finally got around to us, he smelled like smoke. Classy. Unsurprisingly, the rest of the night went no better, as the drinks we ordered took even longer to finally get to our table. I had planned to order more drinks, but since the first drinks took so long to get to us, we did not bother ordering any more. Overall, we spent over an hour there just to get a few wings and one drink each. Absolutely appalling. On the plus side, the other servers took care of us when we needed napkins and couldn’t flag down our waiter. I guess he had somewhere more important to be than his job. Our bad for coming in to begin with, we didn’t realize that customers aren’t welcome here.

The men’s room is the absolute worst in Richmond. Disgusting!!

Family luncheon. Got spicy wings. Ordered a beer, but forgot to get a glass of water. Mid-wing, I saw someone bussing the tables and asked for it. She was happy to bring me some relief. Get the Mango Habanera sauce! Wings were delightful coated for leftovers.
